The story
Ghost in My Garden was inspired by the way past trauma can continue to live quietly alongside us, long after the moment itself has passed.
The garden becomes a metaphor for the life we continue to grow, while the ghost represents the memories, wounds and past versions of ourselves that still move through it. The work is less about escaping the past than learning to live with its presence, without allowing it to define the whole landscape.

Emerging like an apparition from Isma's imagined underwater garden, a Siamese fighting fish drifts silently among delicate botanical forms and winding striped stems. Its flowing fins dissolve into the surrounding landscape, creating a sense of mystery and quiet elegance. Both ethereal and captivating, the creature appears perfectly at home.
