The story
Photographed in Nagarahole National Park, Karnataka, South India, Green on Green captures an Indian Chameleon perfectly matched to its surroundings. Perched motionless among the forest undergrowth, its vivid emerald body and tightly curled tail blend almost seamlessly into the landscape. The image celebrates one of nature's greatest masters of camouflage, revealed not in hiding, but in a rare moment of quiet visibility.
Supplied with a serialised Ivory & Ink certificate of authenticity and framed in the UK by a Guild Certified framer.
Green on Green is a masterclass in subtlety, inviting the viewer to discover beauty hidden in plain sight. Perched on a slender stem within the undergrowth of Nagarahole, an Indian Chameleon appears almost inseparable from its surroundings. Its vivid emerald body echoes the tones of the vegetation around it, while its delicately coiled tail creates a striking focal point within the composition. Through careful framing and soft natural light, Dr. Satish transforms an exercise in camouflage into an elegant portrait of adaptation, patience, and quiet survival.
